Monthly Sessions Include . . .

Live instruction, professionally produced video presentations, real life case studies, group discussions, role plays, team exercises, and carefully designed application projects with the primary focus being on the application of the information, principles and methodologies to the participant's real world environment and to the specific issues they deal with on a daily basis - all reinforced with one-on-one coaching.

The Application Projects are to be completed between each of the monthly sessions. Personalized coaching is also provided between monthly sessions on an 'as needed' basis to help participants with application projects and with any issues that pertain to leadership or management (whether formally addressed in the series or not).

The one-on-one coaching sessions have proven to be extremely valuable and very effective when it comes to influencing change on the part of participants. People will often times ask questions and deal with sensitive issues that they otherwise would not have been willing to bring up in a group environment.

Personalized coaching sessions represent opportunities for real breakthroughs and to influence significant growth on the part of participants.

Unlimited coaching sessions are included as an important part of the overall process at no additional cost to the participants or to their company.
